The staff are extraordinarily friendly, overall. The location of the hotel is particularly good and unbeatable, next to the Mamita's Beach Club with loungers and palapas and 5th Avenue which is the main drag of Playa Del Carmen.

It is located close to a bus stop and is in a favourable location. The hotel offers a continental breakfast with blended juices, granola and a nice cup of coffee.

The service here was excellent. The room was always kept very clean and available with comfortable beds and patio, for example. The staff were attentive, absolutely perfect location in the amazingly beautiful garden.

The location was absolutely perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Quinta Avenida. The breakfast was savoury and marvellous for nightly snack, and all the food was good. The staff were all very very helpful, which was unquestionably a plus.

I had 6 nights in Playa del Carmen, spending the time here really good. Greatly enjoyed staying at the king room with comfortable beds and pillows. Amicable staff and savoury and free breakfast with freshly squeezed, a fresh made omelet plus the wonderful chef that lived up to my expectations. The location was good, close to Aquarium Beach. The service was excellent and the pool was very clean.

It was fabulous, perfect and with a king bed. Had a HEALTHY meal in the club. The location was unbeatable and super, for example, Quinta Avenida was at a short distance from the hotel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main attractions and activities. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. Firstly, the free massage that was advertised was not available during our entire visit.

The breakfast was savoury and amazing with a huge variety of options. Unbeatable very central location very close to the beach and all the shops & bars on 5th avenue, and all the commercial stores and restaurants are located.

The breakfast was savoury and tasty for nightly snack, reasonably priced. Air conditioned and beautifully maintained room with a king bed, spent our time really good. The location turned out to be great, short walk to hot water for tea, Tulum for the day and principal square. Furthermore, one block from the ADO bus station.

Well, Wi-Fi was slow.

Our apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a TV, fans, and air conditioning. The daily supply of cosmetics and fresh towels in the shower was a nice touch. We loved spending time in the beautiful garden with a swimming pool under palm trees. The complimentary massage added a touch of relaxation to our stay. The staff, especially Samuel the concierge, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip.

Felt very welcomed, nothing to complain about.

It wasn't quite clean, especially in the bathroom.

Romantic venue, cozy bar area, fantastic location by a waterfall lulling you into complete relaxation--staying awake. Savoury and free breakfast to star a day with half an apple and also a fresh made omelet.

very friendly staff, good location - very close to the main street and the beach. cosy and nice hotel. very simple but nice hotel. value for money.

beds were not very comfortable (well, maybe it's only me and the others will be fine with these beds). also you can hear perfectly well what is going on at your neighbours' rooms. and sometimes you don't want to know that:-))
